How to Participate

Who participates in ELEMASYN®'s Conferences?

High school and high school students can participate in the ELEMASYN® Conference.

ELEMASYN® initiatives offer young women and men an excellent opportunity to delve into the realms of culture, environment, science, and technology, exchanging ideas and drawing inspiration from their peers.

Participation in our Conferences is exclusively arranged through schools and is intended for groups only. Individual reservations are not accepted as we aim to provide equal opportunities for all students. Therefore, schools are not selected; all are welcome to participate.

The Conference spans 5 days, with 2 sessions scheduled each day: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Booking schools have the flexibility to choose the day and session for presenting their work, subject to availability. Schools on the waiting list will be notified as soon as space becomes available.

Each school is allocated to one session, and their presence throughout the entire session is mandatory. However, it’s not necessary for schools to stay in the Conference city for the entire duration.

The deadline for participation depends on availability, and since spaces are limited, we advise making reservations early to guarantee participation.
